Thank you for supporting my small business. All products are handcrafted in Wellington, New Zealand. Because each item is made by hand, processing and shipping times may vary depending on whether your item is ready to ship or made to order.
Processing Times
Ready-to-Ship Items
Products marked as ready to ship will typically be dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Made-to-Order Items
Some items are crafted specifically for you after your order is received. These items typically require 5–10 business days to produce before shipping. Production times may vary depending on order volume.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order will usually ship once all items are completed.
Shipping Within New Zealand
All orders are shipped using NZ Post courier services.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

North Island: 1–3 business days

Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size or weight of your order.
From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions within New Zealand.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to update the address before the order is dispatched.
Delivery Issues
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by NZ Post. If your parcel is delayed, missing, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item so we can investigate and arrange a solution.
International Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
International shipping — including to Australia — may be available in the future.
